Many longevity conferences haven't announced their 2027 editions yet, so the calendar is still filling in. This page lists the dates organizers have confirmed so far, checked against their own pages on October 23, 2026, and when the big recurring meetings last took place while their 2027 dates are pending.

Two changes stand out. The Longevity Med Summit moves from Lisbon, where it was held in 2025, to London for 2027. And London hosts two of them within a week of each other in April.
The Biohacker Weekend Festival series
TRIPEL Events runs the same three-day format in ten places in the first half of 2027: an expo of biohacking, wellness and testing equipment with a trade day on Friday and a public festival over the weekend. Several venues sit outside the city in the title.

When is ARDD 2027?
ARDD has not announced its 2027 dates. The 2026 meeting took place October 1–3 at Harvard University in Boston, after previous editions in Copenhagen.
When is Longevity Summit Dublin 2027?
Longevity Summit Dublin hasn't announced 2027 dates or a venue yet; its site invites people to register interest. The 2026 summit ran June 24–26 at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin.
Are there longevity conferences in London in 2027?
Yes. The Longevity Show runs April 16–17, 2027 at Tobacco Dock, and the Longevity Med Summit, previously held in Lisbon, runs April 21–22, 2027 at the Business Design Centre.
