Which Longevity Conference Should You Attend? A Guide by Audience

By Longevity Meetups7 min read

There is no single best longevity conference. The field has split into meetings for scientists, for clinicians, for investors and for the public, and each is built around a different program. Pick by who you are first, then by date and travel. Descriptions below come from each organizer's own site, checked October 23, 2026.

If you do research

ARDD is the meeting to know. Its organizers call it the world's largest meeting dedicated to aging and longevity biotechnology, and the speaker list spans academic labs, pharma, biotech and investors. Previously held in Copenhagen, it took place at Harvard in October 2026, and it can be followed online. In 2026 its side forums covered longevity medicine, AI in drug discovery and pet longevity.

Longevity Summit Dublin calls itself a science-led conference on human longevity, with speakers from longevity science and medicine. Recent editions have been held in June or July.

The American Aging Association has already set the dates of its 2027 annual meeting: May 23–26 in Virginia Beach. Specialist symposiums such as the PRiME Symposium in Toronto, on precision healthy aging, fill in the year.

If you practice medicine

The Longevity Med Summit describes itself as the leading global event for doctors, clinic owners and longevity professionals, and its program leans toward running a longevity practice as well as the medicine. It moves from Lisbon to London for 2027 (April 21–22). ARDD, which ran a Longevity Medicine Forum in 2026, is the research-side alternative.

If you invest or build a company

The Longevity Investors Conference in Gstaad brings institutional investors, family offices and funds together with scientists, and keeps attendance deliberately limited. The Founders Longevity Forum gathers founders, CEOs and venture investors, with editions planned in London, San Francisco, Dubai and Singapore. Smaller pitch events, such as the Longevity Biotech Pitch Day during JPM week in January, put investors in a room with a handful of startups. See investing and startup events for what's coming up.

If you're curious about living longer

RAADfest describes itself as the largest global longevity event for a general audience, with a program on practices and protocols for longevity. Biohackers World runs conference-and-expo weekends in several US cities, aimed at everyone from wellness-curious beginners to experienced biohackers. The Longevity Show in London pairs a public festival with a separate business conference. For something local and cheaper, a biohacking event or a community meetup near you is a good first step.

How to choose

  1. Decide what you want to leave with: new science, clinical skills, deals, or a routine you can follow.
  2. Pick by region before program. Travel often costs more than the ticket, and some meetings, such as ARDD, can be followed online.
  3. Check access. Investor events are often by application, and some summits are invitation only.
  4. Get on the mailing lists. Organizers announce dates there first; see the 2027 dates announced so far.
